WHAT IF I NEED SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THE DELIVERABLES YOU HAVE ADDED TO YOUR PACKAGES?
If you need services such as packaging design, extra revisions, extra options in the concepts provided, extra days of support post handover or anything else in that spectrum, it can be provided for you at an additional charge. The charges vary based on the service provided, hence we can discuss this during our onboarding meeting.
ARE THERE ANY PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes. Typically payment for all services (except Brand Blueprint Consultation) are divided in two parts. 50% before we begin the project and 50% before we start final production. But based on the timeline we are working with, we can have a customised business plan for your business. Please note that the fee for Brand Blueprint consultation will require full upfront payment before we do our first session.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WORKING WITH YOU?
PLENTY! But let's just cover the basics here:
I try to work ONLY with the Decision Maker of the business. Too many chefs, single pot, spoiled soup...you get it!
I am not for businesses who already have a very clear visual idea of what they want their brand to look like. Because that would mean designing for you without considering any business impact. And we don’t do that here. And I am definitely not for businesses who don’t value branding as an essential aspect for growth of their business.
Before I onboard you as my client, You will receive an invoice requesting 50% of the project pay as advance and a contract that will cover my process, timelines, delay fees, revision fees and some other clauses. These extra charges apply only if we are not working within the pre-proposed timeline and numbers of revisions.
You will be required to sign them and send it back to me along with the payment for us to get started with the work. This is done so that we start off our partnership with full transparency and clarity.
